Preplanning, scheduling and control
Project management and planning services
We provide early input on planning, sequencing and phasing of work. Additionally, alternative system analysis describes our efforts to evaluate and recommend alternative building materials, methods and systems. Once a project is active our team uses timberline to coordinate and manage project costs and subcontractors.
Project scheduling
Critical path method (CPM)
To prepare for construction activities, CPM scheduling of key preconstruction and construction phase milestones and activities are provided. During the life of the project we perform the monitoring and updates of the CPM project schedule activities and milestones.
Sustainability, constructability, long lead item analysis and quality
Materials, designs and compliance
We integrate and recommend sustainable building practices, materials and systems. Additionally, we thoroughly review drawings and specifications to identify quality control issues, constructability of design and system coordination. We also identify and preorder long lead materials and equipment as necessary. During the project we implement processes and procedures to monitor and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Project close out services
Coordination and commissioning
Once the project requirements are met and construction is complete, we coordinate an expeditious closeout and commissioning of the project with the required stakeholders.
